Sessions will include work on Reformer, Tower, Cadillac, Chair, Spine Corrector, Ladder Barrel, as well as mat work. The instruction at Pilates Place stands apart from other exercise modalities in terms of the personal attention you will receive. Whether you are a solo client or in a semi-private group our exceptional instructors will make sure your workouts are the best they can be! The Pilates method, developed by Joseph Pilates, is a total body workout for men and women of any age. Pilates produces long, lean muscles without weight room bulk. It also improves posture and flexibility, and leaves people feeling energized and challenged. With over 500 exercises to choose from your workouts are always fresh and new!
We maintain the most up-to-date covid-19 safety practices during all sessions. Because of our small class sizes, we are able to safely distance at all times and although we have always been known for our immaculate space we have increased our already stringent cleaning regimen and have installed air purification systems that run continuously out of precaution. Additionally, we also provide hand sanitizer and masks for all clients and staff.
Pilates Place offers solo, duo, and semi private sessions of up to 4 people that are scheduled by appointment.
