Pilates Place is a fully equipped studio. Sessions will include work on Reformer, Tower, Cadillac, Chair, Spine Corrector, Ladder Barrel, as well as mat work. The instruction at Pilates Place stands apart from other exercise modalities in terms of the personal attention you will receive. Whether you are a solo client, or in a semi-private group of no more than four people our exceptional instructors will make sure your workouts are the best they can be! |
