An easy exercise for better posture from Lolita San Miquel’s Pilates Anytime video on postural analysis. Stand against a wall, feet 6” out, head, shoulders and tailbone flush with the wall. Slowly back the feet into the wall, keeping head, shoulders and tailbone against the wall. Practice Pilates breathing, engaging abdominals and hold the position for a minute or 2. Walk feet back out then repeat exercise. This should be done 2-3 times a day. This exercise is great if you are sitting at a computer all day. Lolita is 84 and credits her perfect posture, in part, to this exercise.
